Project City Build Wiki

I made an account. Not sure how much I can help there, but maybe I should have some rights in case something is needed? Not pushing for em.

I’m used to adding information to Wiki’s for games I like, but not creating formatting or new pages from scratch.

One last thing I wanna say is that we need to be careful about personal information being posted. Info about staff might be nice, but things like ages or real names should be left out.

Set you as a ‘bureaucrat’, basically you’re admin but can also make other people admin.

Enjoying the forums so far! I’ve mostly been tinkering with the Victoria page and a few others including my User page and the Tri-City Region page, I also think the idea of Trusted+ making pages only is interesting, but then again if things are highly monitored which is easy with recent changes/all pages, unnecessary articles could be removed quickly I’d think.

[s]Wiki is currently experiencing some…downtime.

Hang tight![/s]

Back up now!

I managed to recall a time when we all went out and took pictures of our glorious cities. Luckily I managed to find the post that has all the best screen shots of them. I’d like to see all these cities on the wiki including Yomis Steampunk. Its too bad we never actually managed to get these pics put up onto the main forum website.

This will also be useful, it’s a gallery of the 1.6 towns

Le exciting news:

[size=1.45em]http://wiki.projectcitybuild.com is live!

(it might not work for everyone right away, so don’t panic)

Will the URL to the Wiki be posted onto the main website/front-page, perhaps as an announcement or a tab link at the header of the website? Just curious.

I request that I be made an editor. I have a loads of resources and knowledge I can contribute.

Once it’s more complete

The word “wiki” under the PCB logo is completely out of place lol. I feel like I’m in a J.R.R Tolkien wiki ;D

I need someone who knows the history of PCB to either edit the PCB History page, or put it on the forums and I’ll do it.

Maybe divide locations into four groups:

Organized Incorporated Areas: A town with a warp
Organized Unincorporated Areas: A town without a warp
Unorganized Incorporated Areas: No town or market, but has a warp
Unorganized Unincorporated Areas: Wilderness

à la the 'Murican territories?

Oh I didn’t see that, I started another one:

http://wiki.projectcitybuild.com/wiki/History_of_Project_City_Build

I’ll make another one then, I liked the contrast between the two

Does the history part need versions as well as time dates because i have an absolutely shit memory of versions and what was in them

Yeah. You see the CGP Grey video?

New sexy theme

[move]Any similarity with the Minecraft Wiki is entirely coincidental and should be ignored moveonpls[/move]

Kinda liked it plain, but whatever. Any chance we could get a theme similar to the website?

I like this one, but I like Ruby’s idea as well. Something like the website might be nice
