Well knowing Java and CSS is always good. I will leave the explaining to sip though, as he made PCBan etc.
If you know a fair bit of java not too hard.
I completely forgot about the quests, that would be a great way to get money. So instead of having an unfair advantage in the mob grinders, you would actually have to use skill to complete the quest and get money.

How well do you know java, and can pick up other api’s attached to it?
beginner level. just starting to read up on it and play around with it. however i was fairly decent in my Programming class so im not EXPECTING it to be too-too hard.
