As most of you will have/should have seen a post was made recently (“This is not a rant”) bringing up problems that some of the community have with staff members.
Now, the problem with this post was the fact that it was one person voicing it, apparently on the behalf of other players.
So, I’m making this post to ask, if anyone has any problems with members of staff, how we run the server, how we handle promotions or anything similar, PM me and I will bring it up with other Sop+ members in the Admin board. Your posts will be entirely confidential (probably even to other Sop+ staff members).
Your complaints will be taken into consideration and we will do our best to act upon them.
If no one comes forward with their own complaints, how can we act upon them? I want them sent to me individually, not grouped together under one username please.
