I know im not Directly related to this, as this was when i took a long break, but I honestly would like her back. I forgot who said it, but she lost her temper because she was teased one to many times and that her trust is not an issue.
I would like to see her as trusted when she comes back, but if the majority say member, i cant argue
Yomi has been banned multiple times, and never has had to appeal till now. If she is to be unbanned, it’d be nice if she wasn’t just handed trusted. To be honest, I never got along with yomi because I felt that she abused her power and threatened to ban active players over silly things. She can dish out jokes, but she can’t take them. I’m willing to get over it though because I know what it’s like to be kicked out of the community. Sometimes I just feel like people are blind to how she acted though.
WE all know how she acted, but the past is the past. In most cases, we can over look that. but in very few, we cant and they go down in history
I know bullying is wrong but Yomi is also the bully here. Sometimes bullies get bullied back. I honestly don’t give a crap if I get bashed for saying this, because Im allowed to voice my opinion. She was rude to people. I know its the past but when i built my city, she didn’t like how “Close” it was to hers. Doug picked the location. She called me an idiot numerous times and raged on me. Honestly she doesn’t know how to handle situations. All in all, you can’t say she’s changed if you haven’t seen her in ages. Anyone can write anything on the internet. If she comes back, id prefer her as a member so she can earn the trust back. Again, no offense Yomi but I would prefer that you don’t come back.
can’t disagree with you there Javi. that is why some of us are thinking about giving her that ‘last shot’. Your input is valuable to us though, never be afraid to voice your opinion for fear of getting ‘bashed’
I would love to have Yomi back as trusted. And I think I speak for most staff at least that I still trust Yomi. As Buster said I feel it was her temper and not how she is.
I never met Yomi, however I had heard that she was banned 3 times. Not sure if this is true but I think that 3 chances is a little to many. Also, if we banned her this many times why would we make her trusted? I am sure I have plenty of information missing but I say keep her banned. Best of luck to you.

She was banned for abusing staff powers, and how she reacted to a staff situation. I think some people need to also look at what happened, and what led up to her raging.
I think she should come back, and we’ll remove what she abused, her staff powers. She should be able to keep her trusted.
I have voted trusted as that is what I said in my statement. If Yomi does anything like upset people again or go OTT then we can demote to member or perma-ban. However, I hope she does conduct herself properly this time.
Your temper is a part of you. How you control your emotions is an aspect of your character. I feel like this is a reason for why Yomi should not be staff, but I don’t have a problem with at least giving her a chance to prove herself as changed or trustworthy again. If she fucks up again that can be corrected when that happens - but I feel at least giving her a chance to try to earn Trusted again from member is the right thing to do.
I would agree to bring her back. She was a good person, even though sometimes she went a tad overboard. My vote is to bring her back as a member. Even though she’s been banned for so long, I don’t believe she should be given trusted right away, but it would be great to have her back. It’s understandable as to the way she reacted to what happened to her. Sure she may have crashed the server and it affected a lot of people from not being able to play online, but she cannot do that anymore and she does not have any powers on the server anymore. She was a great builder and great person, if one cannot let go of the past, then you are no different than anyone else who’s done something wrong. We all make mistakes, some worse than others, or some more than others.
Yes, the way she reacted was wrong and yes things she did was wrong. But you shouldn’t hold that against her, from where I see it I do not think she should ever be staff again and even she thinks that. I do believe though she should have to work her way back to Trusted. But yes I would like to see her back again, but on her last stand.
I believe she should stay banned. Why? Well i’ll tell you, the reason why is that she crashed the server when she knew she was upset. What’s this have to do with anything? Well it’s also because that drumroll please, She BLOODY CRASHED THE SERVER! I’ve met several people who’s crashed the server and none of them got any peace. Some didn’t mean to, and some did, now I look at this and see how many people want to bring back this one person who got OP faster than anyone could count. Is it because she is in good with the mob? Yea probably. If you bring her back than you are saying to everyone “Hey look! We are gonna unban someone who crashed our server because she’s within our power grab!” I care and really like Yomi, however what she’s done is considered nearly on the level of my friend R41n80w_D45h_96 He crashed the server much like Yomi and wanna know what happened to him? He was banned. Permanently. Now if that unjustice was done to him it should be the same for all and the same for Yomi. Yomi is a person, much like R41n80w so if you want to unban her, unban every last person who has crashed this server or else you’re being hypocritical. I give love to the staff but PLEASE THINK! use your mental abilities that you were born with! Finally, Yomi, if you read this I was not part of the whole issue that caused you to rage like I told you before, it was Courage and Snide. No I didn’t. I said no staff had intentionally brought the server down before.
I’m being defensive because that’s my friend, if you don’t defend your friends clearly you don’t deserve any. He did make the appeal a while ago yes, twice within his PCB time here both denied. The first I can understand, but after several years to think about it Yomi’s three months And he was denied again. Yomi is going to be ‘Brought Back’ With trusted? When my friend cant even come back with member? I just see this as odd. However, I wouldn’t expect someone who clearly is clawing for power to understand much like you. However this isn’t about you or me, and I apologize. It’s about Yomi, what i’ve said has been said and I am done posting here until I find a reason to.

Yomi was harassed really badly and she banned those who made the chest. The problem is, there were more people involved then just the chest creator. She was trying to discuss the incident with someone when a SOP came on, unbanned all she banned, and said it was over. This rightfully pissed her off and she argued with him. That SOP then banned her.
She was angry by this and hit the RESTART button on the console. - THIS is the only real mistake she made. Using a staff tool out of anger.
I get why the SOP wanted to handle the situation because she was both the victim and judge, but he clearly did not explain in a way she could accept. Maybe that would have been impossible. IDK, but still, I understand the anger.
I wasn’t involved with the chest incident, but I know what happened. A lot of the people that Yomi talked to all the time on Teamspeak wanted to pull a prank on her and made a chest full of ‘inappropriately’ named items. This is far from harassment, and as Javierero said earlier, Yomi was a bully herself. She played jokes on other people by killing them for fun or kicking them, so I really don’t see the problem.
Many of those “inappropriately named items” you mention WERE sexual harassment. This is the WORST form of harassment and I for one will not stand for it. I know there is a fine line between having fun (messing around) and harassment, but really, that was obvious which was which.
If Yomi kicked or killed people, she had a reason for it. I saw some of these incidents and each time I saw it, it was because that player did not listen to her and/or provoked her. You should know she is very territorial.
