Reason to be Unbanned
the reason i should be un banned is because in my city i am a avid builder .i get on every day and i help with whatever is needed in my town (middlebury) you can ask anyone on there that is with me on there daily or almost daily such as ferarri-robin_hoodlem-anima_gangster.i help anyone i can and i was trying to get trusted or better i was even going to donate this week because i enjoy the server i get as many people as i can to join your server and all in all im a pretty good person and i use the most sincerity to new and veteran players .

I know im not linked to this problem but i would like to point out something. namillo wasnt talking “Shit” to you. On nam’s post we all so that you were the one making bad chat messages.

If Namillo was truly talking “Shit” to you, you should NEVER say something in return. Instead you couldve reported him.
Since Namillo actually got screen shots it is pretty clear that you started it first. Got a reason why?

I would be interested to see the video you apparently had. That would give a definite decision. It will either confirm your innocence, or we will find you lied about it/faked the video if you refuse to present the video to us.
Need I remind people to NOT post if they are not involved with a banned player.
Posts containing “^” and “I don’t think he should be unbanned” is not contributing anything to the appeal. The one who has the sole decision on unbanning him is the one who banned him in the first place. Opinions from other staff are negligible unless requested by the staff member who banned the player.
On topic, if it comes down to it we always keep a record of server logs and chats to get the entire story as opposed to “He said, she said” situations.

All of us aren’t and while some people find it amusing to say “Knee grows” as opposed to “negro”, keep in mind that a few other people do still find the term to be racist.

I see no trash talking from him and the only provocation from Namillo is “lets go big guy.” Ironically, from the screenshots you were the one trash talking. Can you blame him for accusing you for racism? No racism is allowed whatsoever, even if it’s a joke. We have zero tolerance for that and it is even stated in the Terms of Services that I personally wrote from scratch. The chat is PG-13 within reason. Cussing is allowed but when you start cussing at people and using racist remarks, that’s when you’re breaking the Terms of joining our server.

While we can’t confirm if you or he attacked first, you specifically said “needed to clear my inventory anyways” which at the time made it sound like you didn’t care. So that argument is thrown out.

Unless that video has some more details on the aftermath of the screenshots, it will not be needed as we pretty much have the story here.
Naturally, he would stay banned but the decision is entirely up to Sacred. So if you do post again, I hope you’ll make a more convincing argument as to why you feel you deserve to stay here.
Just a little more information from the day before. I do believe he told a racist “joke” as before hand he said “Whats the difference between a white man and a black man? The white man can support a family.” I have no proof of this because I was on dynamic map. Robinhoodlem said he didnt say that and accused me of harassing him. I asked him to look up on who said it but he kept saying i was harassing him.
If you’re going to involve me in this someone please at least spell my name right. I said stop harassing him because after you already told him how you felt about racism you continued to rant about it continuously targeting him. He obviously did say these things from the screen shots above.
Alright that’s enough. You can stay banned for lying about that you didn’t say any racist comments and that Namillo was trash talking you. If you want to play a game and be there forever learn to treat everyone the same, racism is terrible and look at where it got you.
