You were banned by me.
The main reason you was banned were due to the ‘sexual abuse’ in chat. You was told to stop, and you kept complaining as well as disrespecting staff, if anything they are your mum as they are in charge, and you are not.
I was informed by other staff that you have be warned countless times from other events, you have also been banned before, for griefing. Kyle just told me he was griefed, funnily enough, logblock showed it was you and the ‘kunt’ was very inappropriate.
You are not getting unbanned for some time.
I did say it was probably for a laugh, but I couldn’t remove the signs.

I stopped with the “sexual abuse” (Where Kyle was involved with aswell so…) right after someone told me to stop, and my “complaining” was me asking why I got a warning after I stopped immdediantly when someone asked. Im sorry but a permanent ban, really? And the “grief” was done with Kyle himself flying right above me. I made that with him at the spot, we laughed about it and moved on. Lowkey disappointed he didnt mention that -__-
Stopped or not - its not tolerated one bit, its an extremely sensitive subject with millions are affected by. It’s not funny, its not right, and its still not ok, even when you did stop.

It does not take away the fact that you complained about the decision the staff made to give you a warning. I can pull up the chat log with the small paragraph you made complaining about the decision and after I told you to stop in regards to this you responded with, You’re not my mum.
I’m not sure why you felt the need to turn a matter that was quite serious at the time into a joke because it was not funny and no one was laughing.
When I lay in a bed ingame, and kyle twerks on me, and I jokingly ask him to stop “raping” me, it was meant as a joke, but I get some people are not amused by it. I was asked to stop, did it. Got a warning, asked why, litteraly said “oh well” right after, and made a joke about what happend. Why is this such a big deal? Why cant I make jokes about my own warning? And “you’re not my mom” is obviously a meme, not meant to disrespect anyone. A permanent ban for this, is heavily overreacted, IMO. I thought we we’re supposed to have fun here, was not aware “you’re not my mom” is worth a permanent ban now. All the projects I work on, the huge island, Bastion, my survival creations, work of a year, taken from me forever because you were not amused by a joke.
xQT I don’t think you get the point. It wasn’t the you’re not my mum comment that got you banned. It was all the events leading up to this point. There are other people, plenty of them, that share a similar sense of humor however, they know to keep it private. It was between two people why not /m?
Another issue is you used /me for this. It wasn’t like you jokingly asked him to stop. Quoting straight out of chat logs here. “* xQT is being raped by LykaiosFelan” “* xQT asks LykaiosFelan to stop raping xQT”.
I think you also need to work on how you come across. There are multiple times where you come across as being excessively argumentative.
I saw the one with grass u did, we laughed about it, and you removed that when I asked. I went AFK and didn’t notice u rebuilding it on the other side. Apologies, I honestly didn’t notice.

@Emfitty Look I really do love this server, and a perm ban just takes it away from me. Ofcourse I become argumentative, I want to play. And you dont think a permanent ban (for-ff-ever…!) is a little too much for making 2 /me comments that can be seen as offensive by the 4 other people who were online, one of them being the person I was making the joke with?I just want to play this game on here, and I do not agree this punishment fits the “crime”.

I dont mean to butt in or sway anything in a specific way, but I do understand where hes coming from- I’m personally a big dark humor enthusiast and it almost cost me my chances of being promoted to OP, but here I am as a changed man- well, I still like dark humor but ive learned not to spread my sense of humor. Although it isnt funny to some, it is funny to others. When he was warned he jokingly said “ur not my mum” in a way that was percieved as disrespectful even though he didn’t mean it to be. Anything said online can be percieved differently than its intention, and thats what it looks like is what happened here. Again, this isn’t my case- just wanted to throw in my two cents.
For all the reasons said by me and enmity you’re not getting unbanned. However, this will not be permeant but you will have one final chance after the month ban is over. If you are banned - it’s for ever.
