Reason to be Unbanned just because you don’t agree with me doesn’t mean you can jail/ban me cough fm cough and also the staff/trusteds are a bunch of elitist Nazi fucks who don’t give a single shit about the memebrs and ignore us in chat like commoner peasents and if we speak out we get jailed/muted/banned

this whole server needs to be cleaned out. im talking French revolution style. get rid of some staff/trusted… no get rid of the trusted rank entirely, and elect staff members in which case jmv should definatley because owner because hes a peoples man and isn’t an elitist fuck like most of the staff/trusted im llokin at YOU maddy and mark! yall are a bunch of over-sensitive Nazi communist facist oppressive egotistical shitwads with no fucking lives and you have managed to culminate it all into a toxic shity environment of hatred and elitism against anyone who isn’t staff/trusted

You were actually banned for your continued antagonising of people on the server, harassing players and being a general douchebag which is something this server doesn’t tolerate, and why you were banned. Have fun elsewhere!

For those who in the slightest took this ban appeal seriously:

The source of this ban stemmed from remarks Bhuntly was making. He was trying to express his concerns to me about how the member rank feels separated from other ranks. Instead it came off as a lot of whining and complaining about their own social issues though rather than representing a whole rank with no real evidence. I tried sympathizing and then wood started to be on Bhuntly’s side. The both of them teamed together and started to argue with the online users.

They were accusing me of ignoring them in chat and then kicking abuse. He spammed “Who wants to see my build” 3x while I was trying to show something to Maddy. I was being interrupted I was not going to come. Neither did anyone else. I kicked for spam. I was accused of ignoring his plea to come see. However, both Bhuntly and Wood were both invited to come see what I was showing Maddy and it was actually them ignoring me. Lovely story right?

They continued to argue with online users. Wood disrespected FM and myself specifically by saying I told him to “fuck off” last night and saying how "Prince always does this with FM’.First off, I only had my first real heart-to-heart with FM for the first time last night and we were trying to chat. Wood was being disrespectful last night to FM and I actually asked him privately to leave him alone, and I did not say “fuck off” for the record. Onto today, Wood is still disrespecting and upsetting FM and he’s already been talked to about being disrespectful mind you. I jailed Wood for this reason. Then he began talking about some capitalist views or whatever. I dont really care. Everyone’s entitled to their own opinion, but long story short he was just being very inconsiderate to the other online users and that’s why he Wairoa just banned him without further discussion.

My take on this whole… Situation?
Your social ignorance is not an excuse for breaking out in an angry fit and trying to change the rules. The “elitist club” is in fact very open and inviting to everyone who bothers to ask them for support, or just tries to get acquainted. Like how most human relationships start.

You were just throwing a fit, and this flimsy appeal does nothing to rid you of your… unflattering qualities.

This entire thing started when Mark was showing me around his creative city because I had never seen it before. I was talking about how amazing all the builds were and how I wished I could build like that. Bhuntly then went off on this whole rant about how if you aren’t trusted/staff then your builds never get noticed. Oh, but it doesnt end there.

As I had been doing, I went back to mining. As I was doing so woodelf and Bhuntly were going on this multifarious rant. It led from one thing to another. At first, no one had really said anything. They had begun to talk about how unappreciated members were and how trusted/staff dont give them a second glance. I told them if they wanted to sit there and talk smack about everyone then they could at least pm about it. But they werent having any of that.

They kept on going. They had started to complain about how members dont get invited to do anything. But when Mark was letting me tour around his city, he told everyone in chat the exact warp we were at and said they could join if they pleased, so its not like we had been excluding anyone. Wood tried to make the point that he tried to get us to come look at something but we ignored him. He had times three times in chat to come look, but at the time we were busy. He said it as a general statement. Not a “hey maddy can you come look at this?” He said it out loud to everyone on the server. Not a particular person.

Anyways, the argument became extremely redundant and exhausting. They blamed everything on us. They said we never invited them to build with us, or join our teamspeak chats, and everything we did was in our private social groups. We tried telling them that it wasn’t the case and gave them advice. I attempted to tell them how I started out and tried to give them some advice on what I did. But it soon became clear that he had to be the right ones and it wasn’t going to end.

Eventually mannriah called an end to the argument and everyone stopped. Not even a full minute later did another argument begin. By that time, everyone was done and over it. Before it got too far, wood was jailed. Then, he tried to continue the argument even after being jailed, which should be a good warning to quit. He continued to say that we were stupid and the server was stupid and was being rude to everyone, and Wairoa banned him.

To be clear, wood was not banned because of what he was expressing. He was banned for provoking other players and disobeying server rules.

My View on this situation was, i was telling the staff about how some of us members feel left out at times, and well sometimes i do, But ive made some good mates on the server Such as Jmv and King Aside from the point. Wood took the Situation WAY TO far i left part way into his Ordeal to go have dinner, i came back and Boom he had been banned, he was talking about Politics and other Crap, What started off as a conversation i was having with prince about how Some Members feel lefted out Turned into Something alot bigger, he was talking about Nazis and Other things i told him to Shutup about 2 times but he would not have any of it, woodelf if you do get unbanned learn to Control your Temper.

How... exactly? Unlike the French Aristocracy, we use a permissions system which would require you to somehow gain access to the server and every SOP and admin. If only the French had downloaded PEX.
