I was happy icould apply again (i tought) yesturday it said 11 hours left
After that 11 hours i saw: 4 weeks 3 days left i tought wtf say this then directley after my application!

You applied on the 28th and it is now the 4th. I do not believe you are able to re-apply yet.

it must be a trick of your mind. who knows whats going on up there? >:)
4 weeks and 3 days is probably correct. You’re only meant to be able to apply every month and a bit.
