WHen I got on today, I noticed I was probuilder. :-\ Im usually op so this didnt make much sense. I was wondering why… Did I do something wrong? Was it an accident? Idk so anyone with any idea or who is willing to change me back please post in comments below.

real quick, if i may, i would like to add a word of advice: be sure to take some time to prove it to us. perhaps a holiday from the job, just long enough to think about why you recieved the demotion, should be used before reapplying.
meditation in this case, in order to reflect on your previous neglection and transgressions would help.
Another thing to add:
The purpose of trainee-op is to assess whether you are in face suitable. Once you have that rank, there is no guarantee you will become full staff unless you work damn hard at it.
