Why can’t you just apply… I have good builds, but want to build on the large city.
It’s as the rank says: We need to TRUST you. However, if you build a really nice building, we may move it to big city if it is of good enough quality.
You can build in test city and ask if your build is good enough to be moved into bigcity. Go to /warp testcity and find a free plot.
