I have been looking for a while and realized quite quickly how much I took squids being around for granted. I haven’t been able to find ANY at all! All I want is a little ink and i turn up with nothing. Is there a trick to finding them on the server or have they been turned off? also I looked in some of the markets (both in the market warp and in other places) and I did eventually find a vendor but they were sold out. can anyone tell me why squids and ink sacks are so scarce?

look towords the middle of the ocean
look near swamps.Its where they spawn mostly.
They usually spawn in a 3-5 deep hole full of water(I think:l)
Make yourself a night vision potion. It helps to find squids.
