How do you think Forsyth should be revived? It is obviously a ghost town now due to my lack of playtime and I feel I need peoples opinions.

ANSWERS:

  1. Lower Building/Renting/Buying Prices
  2. New Condominiums/Money being put into Downtown area
  3. New Public Housing
  4. Beautification Programs: I.E. Grass, eye appealing roads, citywide sign replacement to make it easier to understand, etc.
  5. Focus on Downtown

If I had to choose, I would focus on downtown. I think it needs to be finished before moving on to other locations. I am sure there is more that can be done downtown.

Definitely reduce prices. at the moment they are rediculous.

Well, Forsyth could use something like a park or fountain because it does look kinda boring if its just stone and glass

I think all of this needs to be done.

  1. Prices are WAAAAY too expensive at the moment.
  2. Downtown definitely isn’t finished yet.
  3. Stuff needs to be built for the city to grow more.
  4. No offence,but at the moment the city is kind of ugly. Needs trees, flowers, and more colour in the buildings.
  5. Read Point 2.

All plans have been initiated on the list… And news spread like wildfire and the city is back to being a boomtown again… Not without the help of investors who built new buildings and funded the city!

I really want to emphasize downtown. It’s the best part of a town and needs to look it’s best. Remember to put in skyscrapers with some color, and a park here and there. The major buildings of cities are in the downtown, so put the grandest things in your city there (such as city hall, courthouse, bank building, ect.). And I do agree with Ouhai, everything on your list should be done. Always strive to make your town better than ever!
