Reason for Ban Exploiting creative-survival inventory for personal gain.

Returning before ban period ended with multiple alts.
Reason to be Unbanned Hi guys, moderators, ops, sops, admins and all whom were here about a year ago, I’m user verna_.

It’s been nearly a year since my main was banned, and I wish to appeal now, a year later. I still missed the server a lot, as I spent all my time in here as it was my first server I ever settled upon. I know I screwed things up myself back in November last year when I let greed take over me, causing me to loose my rank, my game, my city, my friends, everything in the server. I am still ,truly sorry to all those whom I affected with my actions, in fact, I want to apologise to everyone including admin John for stirring up so much mess and drama. It was truly greed and human that cost so much from me.

Also, I am sorry I kept coming back to the server on multiple occasions. I never meant to start trouble or problems for anyone in the server. I know my presence with alt accounts has caused a huge stir and hassle for many staffs to have to check new guests to make sure they weren’t one of my alts. I am sorry for all the trouble. I never meant harm or anything detrimental to the server. I just wanted to continue building my city and in the server.

I sincerely hope I could have a chance to be back in the server again even though I violated many rules. I know coming back as an alt is viewed as a serious offence by the staff, but I came back only to build, or check out how the server is doing. I never griefed or disrespected anyone. I am not defending my actions, just wanted to let you guys know my honest intention.

I sincerely wish to be able to come back to build here again, and I can be on probation or banned from the survival world I don’t mind that.

I gotta say, I acknowledge the harm I have done to the survival world and I know it might be crazy to think I’ll ever be unbanned. I’m sorry to everyone who spent their time working hard to earn big money on the survival world, I know my actions are unfair and have destroyed everyone’s gaming experience by disrupting the server economy. I understand why everyone would be angry or afraid to have me back. I promise I won’t enter the survival world or destroy it with my exploits.

I also spent time looking around the forum, and took a read at my last appeal, in 7 December. It was very poorly written and very rude at the same time. I’m sorry staff and admins that I was worked up and very rude. I should not have been so rude when I’m in the wrong. Yes there was a bit of a mistake during the investigation but I truly regret being arrogant and impatient. I should have considered better ways to get the idea across. Sorry.

And to all the server friends who I fell out with I hope you guys would let go of the past. I was quite a bitch. There were a lot of things I should not have said.

If I were to come back I promise such things will never happen again. I made a huge mistake. And this time I really got a hell of an awakening when I was banned. I have really learnt my lesson and spent time reflecting on my wrongdoings as someone who destroyed the survival economy or someone coming back as an alt. I am truly remorseful.

I’m sorry if I’m not supposed to be writing these, I just really wanted to say all I’ve yet to say and I need to grab hold of all my chances. But please please reconsider giving me another chance. I’ll keep wait.

After lengthy discussions with other staff I have come to a decision.

While we acknowledge that your apology is quite sincere and you genuinely have shown that you are remorseful, you must understand that what you did was extremely damaging to the economy and the wider survival community. Other players have expressed their dissatisfaction with your behaviour and many at the time this occurred, swore that they would not allow you to return.

In saying that, our discussion 12 months on has given the general consensus that you should be given another chance. So I will be unbanning you with the following strict conditions with which you must agree and adhere to:

  1. You will never be able to move beyond the member rank. You will also not be entitled to the donator rank (or associated perms), however you may have the donator tag.

  2. You will be strictly monitored by me and other staff at all times. Your inventory, chests and any shops you have will be checked regularly. Your logs will also be checked regularly to look for irregularities.

  3. You will not be given any chances. If you step out of line in any way, shape or form, you will be re-banned.

You must agree to these terms publicly here on this thread if you wish to be unbanned. If you agree to these terms I will unban you.

Yes, I agree with all the terms. I understand and will live with the consequences. Thanks for letting me keep the donator tags, and thanks for giving me another chance, at last. Thank you very much.
