List of unknowing people I have condemned with the stolen items

I didn’t really keep a list so I apologise if I forget to mention anyone.
-first of all please empty all my smp chests and inventory regardless whether they are exploited or not-

Everlarkdesire
I gave her these things in the hope of making her smp life a little easier with better tools which obviously I screwed it up.
. Gave full diamond armour for pvp
. Gave Enchanted diamond sword for pvp
. Gave enchanted diamond pick which eventually broke due to wear and tear
. Spawned two cats which supposedly eventually died in lava dump

_StarButterfly
I gave her the items to reward her for helping me farm my field
. Full set diamond armour
. Enchanted sword
. Enchanted pickaxe

Morpeus & Cookie & Forbiddenmatt
. Gave them a full set diamond armour
. Gave them a bow and stacks of arrows (in death chests of arcachon arena)

Wolfy9 & SMOD3
. Gave wolfy a full set enchanted diamond armour
. And a full enchanted diamond sword
The items were later burnt by me in front of wolfy due to an argument.

Joshezz
. Gave him a maxed fortune and efficiency plus unbreakable pickaxe. To aid his mining.

Greenford
6 beacons were lit in the heart of Greenford, all stolen. (the golden pyramid below it too)

Airsoftgaming and Claudia
Gave them a shared stack of 64 diamonds I previously smuggled from the unopened market. (32 ± each) Airsoftgaming might have received 10 more.(I was tossing by random)

I used the fortune pick to help various players mine diamonds, in addition I also tossed some diamond to them so that they somewhat “mined” a lot of diamonds if they encounter a chunk. I remember helping Airsoftgaming mine lapis and helped joshezz mine some diamonds. Anima too. I tossed about 8 diamonds to anima, 3 to joshezz. The rest not that I remember of.

The white horses in Greenford wheat farm are spawned by spawner eggs.

The wheat field is also bone-mealised

I will update you again if I remember any more names but this should be it. If you suspect any player that I might have given looted items to please state their names, I may be able to recall.

Please note that these players are given these stuff without knowing I looted them from market. They received them unknowingly.

What a find. If you actually bothered to review your chat logs, instead of asking me to provide you with these reports (which obviously you didn’t flip through chat logs), you would have found some things, about these people being innocent. We are neighbors in Greenford, and those are my friends.( thats why we decided to reside together). IF you read through your logs, you would have found that The vaults are made connected only for the ease of accessing each other’s houses from underground, without having to walk in places outside at night or etc.

Our chests are NOT even unlocked for each other to use. This clearly shows our vault connection is NOT meant for sharing items. Everlark pass locked her chests and said I could use the ores (she mined) which if you read ur logs you will have seen that I turned it down, cuz I already stole blocks. And If you use your redstone block you would have known I only opened one chest, once, because she wanted me to test the password for her chest. A vault does not prove anything.

And if, you read ur logs, you would have noticed the day when star moved into her new house in greenford, she dug into her underground and I told her not to dig into the direction of my house or everlark’s house to avoid colliding into our vaults. This obviously shows I don’t even want or know her vault to be connected to mine.

I will be digging through all the logs, just because of this unreasonable “permaban” and 6 months whatever. I have been nice and honest, but this is getting way to outrageous - you are banning these people just because of? Having vaults that are connected? What about the chests? Have you ever seen any rare gems or stuff in their chests? Do they have stacks of diamond blocks? Please don’t ban people like this - you know a connected vault means nothing…

AND for those who have itchy fingers and want to have their name appear in everyone else’s ban reports, please restrain yourself from commenting, when you are NOT INVOLVED.

I really hope that this would clear the air. And I also want to be back to PCB again, one day. I have been honest about the things I sent to mark, and while reviewing the logs for the past 2 or 3 hours I found the name of the person whom I mentioned giving andesite to, but could not remember his username. Here are the logs to the transaction. (Exceeded 20000 characters so I’ll have to doublepost.

@ElydoreMD I had a locked chest to keep all of my ores and etc in. I also used it to put the bow in because Verna_ told me to keep it safe, and don’t use the bow’s power. I didn’t know she got it from stealing/whatever. I asked for another powerful bow, because I assumed if she could make one, she could MAKE another. I didn’t know that this was her exploiting whatever, I thought she genuinely had the books. When she said she didn’t have enough levels, I asked if I could have a look at the books, or if she could tell me where the books were. I didn’t know that this had anything to do with the incident until these appeals were appealed, but I didn’t do anything intentionally, I didn’t know anything, and I didn’t have any information about Verna_ exploitation in Survival.

Here’s basically what we’ve decided. It’s obvious that many of the listed people gave in to the lie about some items being enchanted, or whatever other lies you made up for people to be tricked into receiving free stuff. We find that most of the listed players are actually innocent on the cause of not knowing about any exploit. Thus we have been going through the list of players, removed items from people (although it’s been difficult to do since people feel they have suffered because of you), and we’ve even had to fix the money balance of a few players as a result.

Im not speaking on behalf of the time period of your ban, this is my update to you on what we are working on. It’s not fair for all these other players to be punished. They are already being punished because we have to take stuff away from them so we can do our best to clean up the mess you left us with. We will continue discussing the fate of specific members involved though and make reasonable determinations if there are any other bans that need to be carried on with. Until then please be patient and leave it to VRA (the original staff who banned you) to decide on any outcome

The staff had made a decision on this and we decided that you would be able to return to PCB after serving out a temp ban of 6 months. However, after discussing your actions with other staff, regarding using an alt account to play on PCB and therefore breaking another rule (avoiding a ban). You are to remain banned. Im sorry it has come to this @Verna_ as you truly were a friendly and helpful community member.
