So I built this town a while back and never really got around to doing anything with it.
I thought about possibly auctioning it off, but didn’t really know it’s worth.
Or perhaps thought about revamping it and actually completing the town.
So, my question is; HOW MUCH IS IT WORTH?!

Would you take 800 for it? Because me and my sister were going to start a town together but having you give us it for 800 would make it alot easier for us.
I’m not auctioning it off, I’m just wanting to see what people would price it at. And no, the lowest bid I’d even consider is 30,000… 
No one has that much.
30,000 seems fair, maybe even low. Hopefully a few people can join together to buy it.

I am telling you, no one has 30,000 it only has houses too, not much. Too high in my opinion
Many people I know (not me) have more than 30,000.
While low, I’d price it as such, only because people will be skeptical to buy an entire town. Give them an enticing price.
If you do decide to sell the United Arab Emirates Leaders are deciding at 30,000- but Some money upfront and some in a period of time.
Annnnnd if you decide to revamp and give it a makeover …(We’re hoping this doesn’t happen xD) Good Luck and thanks for considering us. 
Also if Venyx is to be sold we are looking for investors (Intrest Rates Are Negotiable) with money coming back from houses being sold land being sold ect ect.
I would assume 99% of the people who have more than $30,000 are staff. How convenient.

I’d probably say $20,000 is a fair price Venyx would sell for (if sold). For the use of materials, and the look + flow of the city I think it’s important that the city’s worth be somewhat high as per the buyer’s discretion to co-own with another user for said price. 800 is way too low, I sell houses for 750, 800, 850, even 1,000 each that’s where I see undermined judgement. The average-sized houses in Venyx probably could go for $500 each easily and there’s plenty other bigger homes to sell for more.
