Does anyone know when the server is going to update?
When Bukkit releases a stable version of 1.7

Nope. Don’t think so.
No one knows the exact date that Bukkit will release a stable version of 1.7, I would assume that it won’t be too much longer, maybe before the new year?
We will update when bukkit releases a stable version for 1.7.
They have no idea when it will be ready
It’s probably a long way off. As far as I can tell, they don’t even have a dev build yet…
Getting closer to first @CraftBukkit 1.7.2 dev build. This update is one of the more complicated and larger updates we’ve had to work with. Tweeted Nov. 15th.
I’m assuming it’s either finished by now or is about to be, considering this was tweeted 11 days ago.
Just Checked ALL builds from bukkit. There is NO build for 1.7.2 at all. Not even Dev.
Guys this is a huge update, literally. Give them time.

“Things are progressing nicely towards our first development build of CraftBukkit for Minecraft 1.7.2. Although this update did not provide or add as much feature-wise as previous Minecraft updates have, this is probably one of the more complicated and larger updates we’ve had to work with from a mod development standpoint. With “almost all of [the code in Minecraft] having been changed - be it little or big” (according to Mojang), there has been significant shifting around of code and logic - to the estimated tune of ~220k lines changed - within Minecraft, resulting in our slowest and most involved update yet.”
Please update soon! I freakin love this server! I was a Sergeant in the FCA and I want to keep serving as one! I was making a freaking village! You didn’t update while I was making the Eiffel tower… 
We dont control the speed in which we update. It may be another month, 2, 3, who knows?
The 1.7 update is a long way from being released on Bukkit. I’m guessing we will be stuck on 1.6.4 for at least another month.
While we will have @CraftBukkit dev builds, there are issues in Minecraft we can’t fix that may prevent us from getting anything stable out.

Since Minecraft 1.7.2 was released on October 25th we’ve been putting in a ridiculous amount of work non-stop towards a CraftBukkit for Minecraft 1.7.2 and I am happy to finally be able to announce that we now have development builds available.

We have to wait for plugins to update. That will probably take another week for the core plugins.
We also usually wait for at least a beta build of bukkit but we may update earlier this time. But as this is such a big update, we need to proceed cautiously, especially as they are development builds. So we will see what bugs emerge and decide if we can live with those bugs.
I hope I’m speaking for everyone when I say:
I don’t mind waiting an extra week or two just to make sure all our stuff and money is safe to transfer. It would be absolutely devastating if our items vanished, especially if the sole cause was inpatients.
