I was wondering if anyone wanted to make a mix town of houses with no central theme. Of course if you build it you have full control over the property and will earn a spot on the mayoral council because there will not be a certain mayor over every one but everyone has a vote in the say new community builds and will help with said builds. I know some people might say this a hodgepodge but I think it could be beautiful in its own regard. Also you can not buy your house here only building is allowed. However you can have multiple people living in the same house/apartment if it exceeds a certain size that is later to be determined.
