Reason for Ban I’m done dealing with you. You need to take a break. Problems? Appeal.
Reason to be Unbanned Because I was told that if I made a racist joke again I would be tempbanned. I didnt make a racist joke. I was ranting about the differences between racism and politically correct “racism”. One of the last comments was derogatory towards CNN.
I feel that its not the banners choice of when I should take a break. If they dont like what im saying they should /ignore or /mute me.
Either way I probably shouldn’t have mentioned CNN, some people like that station. Probably shouldn’t have been an asshat either.

First off; while I did say that the next racist joke would warrant a tempban, all of the staff were so done with you at that point, that you needed to take a break. It doesn’t matter exactly what was going on; you were being a douche.

CNN was not the problem at all. I won’t dive any deeper into that as not to start a forum war.

You’ve had many conflicts on the server, and been warned many times on many occasions for the same kind of asshattery you displayed today.

PCB should be a welcoming place for anybody. You should NEVER throw around offensive jokes, and on top of that, argue with staff about petty shit.

If you have anything you would like to say, go ahead; none of us are stopping you.
You were only tempbanned for 30 minutes, but punishments may be increased based on what happens.

They were just jokes… Whether they offend someone of not is not of primary concern. Normally I would complain about this being a matter of free speech, but since PCB is privately owned and you are a member of their staff I suppose your word is law. So that being said, I do apologize if I offended you.

You were asked many times to stop arguing with staff and being racist with jokes. You then played semantics on what was racist or not, and directly insulted Ferf, saying he only got staff for W/E perms and that he was inactive before getting staff, implying he didn’t deserve it.

If he wouldn’t have banned you tonight, I literally had the command queued up.

And the rules CLEARLY state that your jokes are against the rules.

Do not harass other players:
This includes excessive swearing, racism, spam or general disrespect to staff.

This is the kind of behavior that will get you tempbanned. Jokes like the ones you were spitting out were stereotypical af. You shouldn’t have to be rude like that ever. We are all human beings.

You have freedom of speech on PCB. That will (hopefully) never change. However, if you abuse your rights, or if you go a bit to extreme, consequences will follow.
