Hello, my name is wooly19 and I am the leader of The City Of Brackley council along with the position of mayor of The City Of Brackley! If you are a resident of Rancho welcome to the new forum post of Rancho’s sister city! If you are new and curious read on!
The City Of Brackley was founded in July of 2015 And is the exclusive sister city of Rancho Cucamonga where only residents of Rancho may build (unless otherwise given permission), you may access the city by using /warp brackley.
With rapid growth comes rapid change, so keep up to date on this post as much as possible, as I will be continuously updating this thread on a constant basis!

ABSOLUTELY NO building without permission. Even as a resident, you must ask wooly19 before building on a piece of land! Constructing cars outside of private property (garage, curb directly in front of property, parking lot of your property) on PUBLIC TRAVEL LANES is a SERIOUS OFFENSE and is considered building without permission (UNLESS TOLD OTHERWISE)!

Based on a Typical UK city Brackley is an inland concrete jungle filled with middle and working class citizens. with new infra-structure popping up everyday Brackley will soon become much like the financial super power London.
On the road: don’t be surprised to find a classic British police pursuit between 2 yobs in a stripped out Citroen Saxo ( a boy racer classic) and a bunch of low spec standard police issued Volvo V70’s, Ford Focus’ and Vauxhall Astra’s along with the low end luxury Mitsubishi Evo 10’s and Subaru Impreza’s.
Also being cut up by a Mercedes, Audi or BMW driver is nothing new.
You will get to see loads of the traditional British sights whilst being either stuck in traffic or stuck behind a learner driver. Maybe even the odd tractor or caravanner on a bank holiday weekend.
On the footpaths: It’s usually quiet normal to find the odd bobby (police officer) on patrol on the paths of the city waiting for a rouge teen stealing an innocent ladies handbag.
Come Saturday night when the Pubs and Clubs reach turf out time don’t be shocked to find groups of drunken hooligans queuing up outside of the local kebab shop at 3:30am or stumbling around the street shouting and waking up entire sleeping communities.
The local drug dealers are easy to spot with their high end Range Rovers parked on street corners waiting for their clients in the shadows and houses smelling of weed with condensated windows.
The Government: run by a useless bunch of imbeciles not knowing anything other than to mess up communities with their poor excuse policies. Don’t be surprised if you suddenly get lumped with a huge tax bill or you gas, water and electric prices have been increased 250% in 6 months.
Media: nuisance calls and repeat TV adverts about PPI and Injuries that weren’t your fault are part of daily life in Brackley.
Teens glued to their phones on Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat are also a common sight.
Sport: Brackley is home to the biggest sports arena on PCB holding many events such as NFL on tour, ULTRA, football/soccer and many other events

Based on Los Angeles in California, Rancho Cucamonga is a coastal metropolis with sprawling neighborhoods, palm trees, freeways, an endless grid layout, and selfish rich folk.NEIGHBORHOODS, LANDMARKS, AND PROFILES OF RANCHO CUCAMONGA:
White Oak: A middle class Latino community just south of downtown. White Oak used to be a rough area, but is seeing new breath from a younger generation and is being gentrified into a younger community. The new Lime Street Promenade mall has accelerated the gentrification in the area.
Long Beach: A mainly white, upper middle class / high class community south of downtown Rancho. Long Beach is filled with mansions and rich folk who only care about themselves. Hold the door for someone and don’t expect a thank you. Don’t be surprised when you get cut off by a Mercedes or Lexus as these are the average vehicles in the area.
Downtown: What used to be an area that noone would even drive through is now seeing modern development and renewal. The hub of Rancho Cucamonga County. Try to ignore the panhandling problem that the city is throwing under the rug.
Palos Verdes: An area in Long Beach filled with mansions, Bugattis, typical white girls, and people biking everywhere. One of the richest areas in Rancho Cucamonga.
Lime Street Promenade: A luxury mall introduced to the White Oak area in 2014, this luxurious enclave has it all. From clothes that barely cover your body, overpriced food, expensive parking, people jaywalking, and people shoplifting! What more could you ask for? All within convenient access to the 10 and 110 freeways.
Interstate 110 (Arroyo Seco Freeway): Interstate running from the downtown Rancho area all the way south to Interstate 405 in Sunrise county. 10/10 would avoid driving here 6:30-9:00AM or 3:00-7:00PM.
Interstate 10 (Sonny Bono Memorial Freeway): Interstate running from the Eastern Coast Highway near downtown all the way west to Santa Monica. You better have good insurance, the drivers here are BAD.
Interstate 405 (Clairemont Freeway): PLANNED, Freeway running from the San Fernando Valley in the north all the way south into central Sunrise County. If you drive this freeway normally, you know not to get in the left two lanes unless you’re going at least 80 MPH, that is unless you like pissing other drivers off.
Interstate 15 (Moraga Freeway): PLANNED, Freeway running from Clairemont, CA in the south all the way to Blue Diamond, NV in the north. Driving between Rancho Cucamonga, CA and Bienvenida, NV is almost all desert. The speed limit is 70 but it seeps as if 85 is the pace to go the entire route. Between Rancho Cucamonga and Clairemont the speeds are much the same as the desert stretch, except with many more luxury vehicles driving.
Oak Hills City Park: One of Rancho Cucamonga’s larger sized parks, has an observatory, walking trails, cave, picnic areas, biking trails, you name it. Just don’t hang around here too late into the night unless you like the smell of fumes from graffiti cans!
Interstate 210 (Foothill Freeway): PLANNED, Freeway running from Glendale in the west all the way to where it intersects I-15 in the east near the 15’s accent to the high desert corridor.
