I’ve tried to sync my account but it still seems not to work.
Just wanted to let you know that.
Just gonna add he has used his MC username and verified the email. We tried to help him as much as possible on the server but couldn’t understand what was wrong.
A SOP will need to fix this. Promote the user to trusted on the forums, and demote back to member. (This applies to anyone having rank issues, even name changing ones)
