Reason for Ban killing applewood’s horses using fire
Reason to be Unbanned I am truly sorry but my thought process during that time was flawed. It was raining and I wanted to test if the horses were admin-like and had fire-resistance and no-damage and no-knockback and etc. so I thought “huh, if I set down a fire on the ground and a horse walks into it, it will just take half a heart of damage” obviously that did not happen as the horses were indoors, which I did not consider, and once again I must say that I am terribly sorry. I did not think that admins needed that much of a notification as there were many horses (I thought they were originally spawned in, I regret it nonetheless) and I didn’t see any die… obviously some did and I am terribly sorry. Eventhough I killed a horse, or many, I do believe I deserve a second chance. This crime occurred several days ago and I have not committed any ever since, but I am committed to the server and have spent countless hours on it. This is a big deal to me and I need a second chance. Please accept my plea, the harm this has caused applewood was not intended. It was a dumb test that just sprung out of my mind, I promise nothing like this will happen again.

That very detailed unban reasons tho, also this isn’t exactly what I expected spore to be banned for, if anything I thought he’d be banned for spam cause there is times where he spams too much. I do think that this isn’t something he would do on purpose, but the final decision is up to dord, this is just my opinion.

Well I was a witness to this incident, I did not see the burning of the horses with my own eyes, however we were in Applewood at the same time, lured there by the call of free money from the tree farm. Spore’s intentions were not harmful at all, he was only curious, he has indeed spent much time on the server and is a very active member in the town I am helping construct. He would not have spent so much of his time here, just to throw it away for one foolish act. So all in all, I believe he should be unbanned because this whole incident was accidental.
