I went to place a chestshop in Yorba, and it said I couldn’t put one there. I heard other people had similar issues. Can this be fixed, or is it intentional? :-\

And I’d like it if you could place shops everywhere so… SPEC FIX IT 
probably just a glitch.
The problem is still present, and I would like it to be fixed soon so certain things can work in my town.
