Server Downtime

The server is currently down as we resolve a billing issue with the hosts. They have attempted to bill us twice and our server is now temporarily suspended due to “being overdue” on an invoice - despite having already payed. We contacted them a reasonable time ago but are still stuck waiting for a response from support. Until then there is nothing we can currently do but wait.

Don’t forget we still have a well managed Creative mode server! You can now access it from the sidebar at any time it’s online.

Please also note that we will be upgrading to the latest version of Bukkit upon server reactivation. This should hopefully fix that annoying slow chunk loading issue.

Hmm…This is not good. You sure this hosting place isn’t some 40 year old dude’s supercomputer he built himself? I hope we haven’t been ripped off.

i could not get on yesterday for over 12 hours cuz i was glitched in there but i was not truly so it would not allow me to log on and now the servers down :frowning:

That had nothing to do with our host. That was a server software bug

Don't let this issue and the customer support time influence your opinion of them. They are actually a great host and definitely one of the better ones out there.

hey guys just wondering because this server is having alot of problems you guys could use mine as a temporary one not going to put the ip unless that is all right with everyone :-\

Oh your using servercraft aren’t you? Those guys seem nice. I wonder why they haven’t responded. Mabye this is happening to other servers too?

Hay andy just wondering what is the server running on now any back ups ?

Server is down till the issue gets sorted. I have a backup of the map from yesterday on my PC for precautions any how.

On the up side, this downtime has given me some time to fix a few website issues.

  • Fixed that annoying form submission error message (which caused people to spam applications at us)
  • Added in a notice on instructions for ranking up to Member
  • Hooked up the Creative server to the side bar (still working on getting it to automatically link)

I need to fix that. It’s not that you can’t connect, it just takes a while because the site is still trying to connect to our SMP server for data (which obviously it can’t - thus putting it into a small loop).
