Actually, navigating to the IP address, I get to the Apache ‘It Works’ screen. So If PCB is down its likely the port is closed, PCB has intentionally been taken offline or they didn’t pay their bill

The server crashed.
You’re looking at port 80, while the Minecraft server is running on 25565. I do however find it somewhat funny that there’s a web server running on that IP at all.
