If you’re a owner of a town, you cannot tear town other people’s homes/apartments; even if you built them. This is unfair, because the homeowner is the person who truly owns those resources. This will be treated as a greif, so don’t do it.
[size=18pt]HOME OWNERS
If you really want to get all the resources from your home, I suggest getting them with tools, not with tnt. Anything can go wrong such as blowing up your neighbors home or harming public areas. Even if you see a torn down home, you don’t have the right to get materials, unless it says so.
