Because he got angry by such innocent comment i did that it was not spam.

Ok, heres what I got;
willstump was spamming a bit. Jav told him to stop and he did. Sklipnott said that it wasnt spam and then proceeded to show an example of spamming. Jav stated that that was indeed spam, and that he had just spammed. IDK if jav kicked him as well, but now Sklip was angry. He started calling Jav power abusive and just being an all around mean person. Jav responded by telling him to stop, and then Sklip pretty much challenged Jav to ban him. Sklip was then banned.
My opinion is that a ban was justified. Sklip was challenging authority and being a douche to the community (Jav). Although I think arguments against staff are justified, Sklip escalated things on his own, throwing insults all the while. An argument against a staff should never include personal opinions about the staff member’s behavior/personality. IF this ban appeal is granted, I believe that at least a 2 week tempban is still in order.
