Romeo & Juliet

Hey guys, Im a little stumped here. What is the Overall meaning/moral (SP?) of Romeo and Juliet.

This is a Semester thing and Im stumped. The faster I get it done the Faster i can get home and spend quality time recording and playing with y’all

If I remember correctly (which is unlikely) Its story is about love destroyed by family feuds ending in teen suicide.

I dont think it has an overall meaning, Has lots of little ones though, like dont let your family get in the way of love, a message to parents to not control when, how and who your child falls in love with. A message to teens that the end of love dosnt mean the end life as they know it (as romeo killed himself prematurely when juliet wasnt really dead but in turn actually caused her death. Ect ect. If you could find one overall meaning of the story then you are a god XD

Is it asking for your interpretation of the story? Typical papers would be asking for your views as opposed to the general consensus. That’s where the real credit should come in on papers and assignments, not an answer you can quickly google.
