I would like to file a complaint on [SOP] MadAnt.
MadAnt denied the removal of a house in my city today. The house is located @ X -763 Z -6785
Exhibit A is the house I wish to get removed.
The house was built by Guy_Sensei, about 2 months ago. It was built without permission by me, because it was in my general area for a huge city I was going to build. He built the house after I built my train station.
MadAnt denies this, telling me it was built before I came along. My town is expanding, I wanted to remove the building because it doesn’t fit my theme. The building is not fully finished in my opinion.
Guy has not been on for 2 months.
I would like any other staff member’s opinion and comments by MadAnt. I was also warned not to destroy it.

The build in question looks finished, and was created by a member of our community. You cannot just go and tear down a build that someone else has made because it is in your way. That is simply not allowed.
The build in question was built and finished on January 3rd of this year. You are correct in the fact that your first build was started before, and by the looks of it you started yours on the 1st of January, however, you also took until about the 14th of January to finish the same build.
Once again, you are not allowed to delete or otherwise change a players build without their explicit permission, as doing so will result in a permanent ban from PCB.

My issue here, Mad, is that, if it is Pat’s town, he reserves the right to edit and remove any builds in it…

No, they were both built around the same time, and pat chose to build in the direction of an existing build. The build was in it’s own area, not in his city. It was never a part of the city he is building in.
That makes a lot more sense then.

Pat, you’ve no real basis to complain here. It’s sorta your fault for building so close to it.
I am just going to lock this, as, unfortunately I was forced to ban Pahtwick for being an asshat. Please appeal.
