Once again, I’m banned for nothing. Somewhere, I’d lava griefed. This, already discussed, was Emily, my friend who plays my account. I’ve already cleared it all up and I have fixed ALL of the griefs done by her, also restoring things she stole from chests. I KNOW i fixed it all, and Yomi is banning me because lava was once there.
Reason to be Unbanned
I’ve already cleared this up with staff and the griefs made by her have been fixed! I don’t understand why I have to go through this again. I don’t even remember where the grief was.
Look at my other appeal. This wasn’t right, it was another. I’ve been wrongfully banned. Read it. Ok, well I’m not really used to posting stuff, so idk what I’m doing. Read my 2nd appeal, this one we’re posting on is wrong. John took a snapshot of it, but deleted the actual post. Just read his snapshot. I want to go back on now, I haven’t done anything wrong.
Brodur doesnt have authority to unban you unless a group decision is made. The only person who has authority to unban without a group decision is Yomi(the banner)
And its not Brodur’s job to unban you, it is your job to do so.
You’ve been banned for constantly causing trouble on the server. You will be unbanned in 1 week likely. Take this time to look at your behaviour and change if need be.
It is not a lie and you may ask him or Zoeybot111. I was going to surprise a friend with it. I haven’t constantly caused trouble on the server, either. My bans were mistakes and I was unbanned the same day. Also, it isn’t grief if it is UN-OCCUPIED land. If it we’re someone’s house for example, that would be grief because I’m changing/editing someone else’s work. The normal spawned land isn’t grief, that’s what you don’t understand. I HAVE been banned wrongly because it wasn’t even grief in the first place. I was helping out a friend for an apocolyptic obstacle course surprise. It would be grief if I had put it on someone else’s creation. I’m not demanding or being disrespectful of staff OR you, but you’ve banned me for the wrong-doing and I want to be unbanned today.
But they way you said “im not disrespecting staff OR you” sounded like you couldnt believe that person you were talking to was staff. Just from estimation, if you keep this up, i dont think you will be unbanned
I’m not trying to make it sound that way. I made the effort to put in I wasn’t being disrespectful to whoever was making the decision. I’m just really upset… I apologize if it sounded rude.
Sword master, if you are in no way involved in this ban PLEASE refrain from posting anything unless you have evidence against or for the player. Ban appeals are handled by staff for a reason, it is not your job to decide whether or not someone will be unbanned.
Alright now for my opinion on this matter. I don’t see a problem with placing lava atop of trees in an unoccupied peace of land if it was for a beneficial reason (AKA, changing the environment to suite a free running course) then I find that perfectly fine! If that is false though, then not sure what to classify that as.
Also, what is with the constant talk about Reineii always pestering staff and causing trouble on the server? I’ve been on the server numerous times with this player and never have I once encountered a problem with her. She seems like a regular minecraft player to me that’s trying to enjoy our server. That is just my opinion on the matter.
I do have to say, Rei has been very troublesome and also didn’t listen to my advice of logging off next time she had an encounter with another player. I am talking about all her incidents. She first had a problem with how she acted as a staff member sometimes, and I know some of the time she is just trying to help but other times she is a little too forceful. Then she also has been having fights with other players recently. This is shown by how she fought with Zoey and currently she fought with Courage. Also she has a friend who likes to come on the server and grief. She said she would stop her friend from griefing but yet she still is able to get on and grief some more.
I say, until she can get things together, she should be banned. This would probably take around a week of being off the server.
I know my actions haven’t been pleasent, but my dad died so that’s contributing. The fights with my friends were my fault. I thought of my dad, and that fueled my anger. My emotions get out of control when terrible things happen to me because I can’t understand why it has to happen, especially to me. Courage was also trying to make fun of my dad, which caused the uproar of anger. I apologize for ALL that I’ve done and I understand if most people want me banned. I just hope it isn’t a long period of time or a forever ban. But, I’m not supposed to be mentioned to about previous events at a current ban. I am banned for a certain reason, and bringing up other things doesn’t involve with the current ban. I want the “grief” discussed instead of previous things. If it were such a big deal before, that’s what I would have been banned for. (I’m not disrespecting, just to let you all know)
The wording of the ban is incorrect. It was lava spam, as in placing it ontop of trees and letting it flow wherever it goes. Also - take another look at my 1st SS… It isnt exactly… unoccupied
While I can see why it would make you angry, i have no clue as of why it would cause you to grief/spam lava(newly given permission?). I for one see no possible good reason to do it. Also - if you would ignore the people that have nothing to do with this ban, you would notice that we ARE talking about only the lava.
