Can admins, mods, trusted, and other staff see people’s /t conversations? Another server I was on had that so I was curious about PCB.

We can see private messages to one another made in game, yes. If you have any issues with it,
A) Consider using other mediums of chat for private conversation than in game
B) Don’t share anything private to other players that you don’t want others to see

Trusted can’t, though, and I’m not sure about mod

Only SOPs and Admins can read private messages.

AND they must have social spy enabled (it is by default)

What is a /t conversation? I’m familiar with /whisper, /message etc, but I’ve never heard of /t.

It’s an alias of /tell, which is another alias of /msg.
