If you’re using the balance shown on the bar at the bottom to check, ignore that. That isn’t linked up, so the value is wrong. Messages have been coming up on the server saying " Has voted and recieved 100 dollars!", so it is working.
By the way, http://www.projectcitybuild.com/economy_ranks.php is still linked to your real money account so refer to there for now.
