I have Wrongfully abused Saintnizair’s Sheep Farm
Reason to be Unbanned
When i found the sheep farm i did not’t know who’s it was nor did i not know of the consequences for stealing form the farm. I Know where i put all of the wool and will Gladly return it if Un-banned.
*I believe this server would have FAR fewer bans and an overall larger community if:
1.The Ban List wasn’t 14 pages and 90 people long 2.More specific rules were implemented 3.The Use protective plugins like towny(Don’t tell me "OH IT CAUSES LAG!!! *get a better server host you got PLENTY of Donors) were used 4. You got the Creative server some plots! *the plugin spawns the plots in when you install it! OH THE PLOTS ARE TO SMALL! well get the bigger plots for the donors! ( moar $ fo you!)

This server runs perfectly and uses common sense and Anyone who break those Basic rules ( which are In EVERY server) Gets banned. We don’t need all that protective stuff because we help each other and trust each other and running a server takes a lot of money and effort and I’ve seen it being done. This Server IS Perfect!

I’d say let him be banned if he doesn’t want to come back
Great attitude for someone who is posting a ban appeal… First off, we have no need of griefers or rule breakers on our server, that is why our banlist is so large. We take utmost precaution in preventing others builds from being ruined by players who take it upon themselves to be an ass and just grief for the hell of it. Two, we do have regions, but we are not going to go to every player and region their area, there is no point to it, it would add to much work to the staff if we have to add/remove him/her from the region everyday. Three, use common sense, our rules are no different from other server rules. Four, there are no plots on creative? You can build where ever you feel like in creative, just not in sight of another player’s town.
I do not very much care if this player is unbanned or not. He probably should be unbanned since this is his first offense and he took the time to write a ‘worded’ appeal. Have fun meta.
What a great attitude. The rule page is very normal and common sense in length… anyway towny is a pathetic plugin. Its only use is to prevent griefing which as you can see we have none, or when it happens they are rolled back. Enjoy (probably) staying banned.

Now, those suggestions:
If the ban list wasn’t as long, we would indeed have more visitors. Sadly, all of those would be vandals.
Use common sense in cases where the rules don’t seem to do the job! Think up two choices, and choose the choice that doesn’t make you seem like a dick, e.g. shearing the sheep instead of murdering every single one and burning the barn down.
We have our own anti-grief plugins, logblock and stuff.
Freedom > Moneyhogging! Yay! And we could easily W/E plots without the use of a plugin. Besides, some builds require non-flat land, which plots don’t usually provide.
Unban? As long as he’d curb the sass, it’d be fine in my book.
Alright look, I’ve decided to unban you cheifly because its your first offense and because the crime was not exceptionally large. However, I would like to say, that if you are asking forgiveness again in the future, do not be an asshole when you ask for it. It never pays to bite the hand that feeds you.
