Ok, so I saw this idea on another thread, I’m implementing it now. BTrain wants AdvBuilder. Below are his builds.
-His interiors are amazing
-Exteriors are somewhat lacking
-Overall I gave him a 7/10

Well crap! I promoted Tundra yesterday. I had two other OPs on who also gave the OK. See, the problem with these images showing off tundra’s work, was that he had an extensive network below his works.
A good deal of it was hidden. As I am a fan of secrets, I really liked how well he hid a lot more work than was shown. None of it was empty rooms either.
Again, sorry! I saw this thread, but never saw that it was a vote for Tundra. We need to put his name in the title!

Ok, that clears that up, I demoted him yesterday until(direct qoute) “This is sorted out” so if what you say is true he had enough staff to vouch for his adv, and can be re-promoted by one of them.
I am sorry for the mix up. Really. I was on the edge of not promoting him, but I saw how many hours he had been playing. It bumped up my opinion a little bit.
If I had realized this thread was for him, I would have said no as well. My only concern is if those that said no thus far would change their minds if they see the underground work.
I am fine with him not keeping the rank. But I would feel bad for it.
This might sound wrong or bad but IMO, I look how good their work is, not by how long they did it nor how many they’ve made. Its because when we’re promoting someone to adv+, we’re telling the whole server : “Hey, this one builds great work, you should be inspired.”, yet what they build is still builder level. That’s why other builders build stuff that they think is worthy for adv, but its not, and when they get rejected, they tend to complain about it. That’s why I’m gonna be strict at builder, to filter out these misconceptions.
All of this is my opinion only though… Kinda sounds bad doesn’t it?

Seen his first building, I’ve seen better interiors. Its better among others, but its still not there.
His second work is easily made. Build rank is perhaps initiate-builder level.
I haven’t seen the interior of the third building, I don’t know where it is. But from the exterior, it’s not good.
Overall, I’d rate him a 77/100, mainly because of the exterior quality. So, a No for me.
I don’t really think these builds are worth adv. Good interiors are worth a lot, but the exteriors are the wrapping. NON-square buildings get people a lot farther.
Also, next time, make this a new post. Something like “BTrain for Adv?” as the title.
Oh, and Kedji? I agree with you. Time should not be a factor. I was weak… I let sympathy alter my judgement a bit.

Sympathy doesn’t work on me at all. Infact, when people actually try and get sympathy, it annoys me and I am less likely to vote for them to be honest. “I worked so hard! Oh there is no point anymore 
I think I might leave…” Then they stay on for 20 minutes saying that. Once I make a decision I don’t tend to change it.
So since trians was banned, topic locked
