WHen i try to join the server, it gives me the message, outdated server. Can we update the server!!
The sever will not be updated for a very long time as yomi told me this morning. It could be weeks or even months.
What you need to do is when it comes up wih the minecraft launcher click the button that says edit profile. one o the options says ‘Use latest Version’ with a drop down arrow. Click that and choose version ‘1.7.10’. Now you should be able to join the sever and until 1.8 comes out on the sever. To undo this you do the same thing but click ‘use latest version’ and your minecraft will run 1.8 again. Hope this was helpful :).
