I’m not writing this because I want sympathy, or attention. I’m posting this so Fili won’t be able to accuse me of things I didn’t do and for everyone to realize that I didn’t do anything wrong. I don’t expect anyone to care, nor to read this story if they don’t need to.

About a week ago, Fili came to Middlebury (being given a $300 home from Cherry) wanting to get land in Middlebury to build on. I decided it would be alright and gave him some undeveloped land near the shore. He accepted the offer and began construction immediately. He used Homer455 as a worker and I chose to help as well. As things were underway Fili was looking for more land to build on. I sold him some for $75 near the first plot. Construction also began on the new building and I also helped as well (within a few days I completed it on my own). I the first, large structure was still left incomplete. I told Fili how I wanted in complete soon, and he said he had his priorities on Creative. I understood and offered to buy the land back to get it off his hands. He said it was worth $733 because of two units. I told him that one was sols and he didn’t own it anymore and many of the materials were mine (and the land was free). I offered about $400 sine there was one still left for sale for $350. He said I was trying to rip him off and this sprang into a argument with Fili insulting me of having no self esteem and my town being pushy. Hard24get stepped in and bought the property and gave it to me (I payed Hard about $200 out of kindness of the transaction). I started to tear down the apartment building (with consult that the previous owner of the sold unit would get a new home for free.)

A couple days later, Fili comes to Middlebury again to renovate his owned buildings (tower I helped build and his house he bought). He continued to treat me poorly and I told him how this was unfair and how I would like him to leave my town. He claimed my town was trash and for the “nooby” new players and how I’m not even worth his time, and how he had the right to stay for how long he wanted. With the consult of Sacredflame (I believe that’s his name) I forcefully evicted Fili and refunded him $375 ($300 for the house and $75 for the land). Sacred approved of this and am now waiting on someone to unlock the doors Fili used.

This has turned into a very costly and annoying situation and I’m mainly posting this because I don’t know what Fili may say about the matter. I do not want to have him claim I griefed or stole his items, be I had the consent and approval of a Mod and refunded his money to send him out of my town. I’m also expecting Fili to flame be below, however I will not continue this argument with him. However I may answer any questions anyone may have.

That was a nice post but some of it is completely bias and some parts completely left out. Yes, we start off at the part where Hard24Get purchased the apartments from me, he did so and I moved on back to creative. Then after a couple of days I come back to Middlebury to go to Hilliard Pointe apartments which is the apartment complex where the land was bought for $75. This is the tower where I, Homer, and Ferrari (Ferrari built voluntarily, noone asked, meaning 0 pay) completed this tower. Yes, I did start renovating it and knocking down walls to turn it into an office building with some residential. Ferrari consistently starting bugging me about wanting the top floor, to which I told him to stop asking because I wasn’t sure exactly what was going to be done with it yet. Then Ferrari proceeded to ask how I even own the tower…

Ferrari, once again, VOLUNTARILY helped with construction, as he is not part of my former building company. He was, I suppose, angry at me for the other apartments and how I didn’t complete them. He started annoying me asking about the top floors, to which I told him to get out. This must of offended him, but I told him to get out since I was doing renovations. I SPECIFICALLY told him that I give 95% of my time to creative and a small 5% to survival. He then proceeded to ask me why I even bother to build on survival, and I answered because some of my friends play on survival so I like to hang around and do things sometimes. He then started complaining about the situation that was already dealt with, the apartments with the sluggish construction sold to Hard24Get. It got to the point where I was dying to say something extremely rude, and this was meant to be rude, I told him “Ferrari, please be my guest and shut up”. This was because he kept bugging me about the situation ALREADY SAID AND DONE dealt with.

He then went on a rant and said I can take my stuff and leave Middlebury and I am “not welcome anymore”. I must of hit a nerve. So me and him got into an argument where I started talking trash about his town, and he had nothing more to say. So now I come back to find a message saying $375 dollars back for all of my property. Why thanks, before you clean out the apartments how about you let me get my items first?

In conclusion, this is all because Ferrari kept crying about my sluggish building pace on the old apartment purchased by Hard24Get.

Now Ferrari, you can choose to continue to drag this on and on, and if that’s what you want I’ll do whatever it takes to defend my position. By the way, it’s just a game, remember that… you seem to take it a bit seriously.

Now I say that it’s already said and done, I will be leaving Middlebury and probably not playing on Survival anymore because of how in my opinion, all survival seems like is a bunch of new players packed into towns with wars constantly occurring, so it really isn’t even worth my town. So please, don’t throw a fit about how I talked trash on your town. If that’s bannable, then there should be many other people banned for talking trash about other towns.

So please, take the alternative and leave this be. I’m leaving Middlebury if it makes you happy which I’m sure it does after your attitude, and I will not be playing Survival. Maybe you’re right and have a point when you said “Why do you even play Survival”, so I will take that advice and forget Survival, have fun.

That’s all I have to say unless someone wishes to continue this ridiculous argument.

It sounds to me that there are issues with patience here. I can understand why incomplete buildings in your town can be annoying. Property rights themselves are a tricky matter as well.

The way I see it, if you are selling lots to people, they have the right to do what they want to that lot. If you are unhappy with the resident, you do have the right to ask them to leave. But just like in the real world, there needs to be a transition time. A notice of eviction as you might say.

Fili should have time to move out and should not be harassed while doing so. If anything, it may be wise to call upon staff with WE to let us move the plot of land they have been building on. It is the equivalent of tossing a resident’s stuff out of the apartment.

OK, I read them, and honestly this seems like something you should be able to sort out for yourselves. It’s a small issue really, and I don’t think this thread should have been needed.

In any case, it seems this is settled now as fili has said he will leave.
