Shits and giggles and musicals aside, I don’t think Portland should have its own map - if only because of its inter-connectivity with Konin City. If you include that, then you’d have to have South Konin, south of the river, and then why not Prymont, and then suddenly you’ve got the entire north-east of the creative map and what’s the point of that.
