Vex lol, I can allocate more land to NVC. It’s just since we had the plan of becoming sister cities like fort worth and dallas, I thought you’d be cool. Mail me about the issue.

@JakeTFS - none of this actually applies in-game until there’s a decent amount of stuff built there.
