Just want to see what other people have for phones… I’m kinda obsessed with them as a android dev and a phone hacker.

I do play pokemon ROMS on it though.
If you want to root try CyanogenMod 7 its Android 2.3 but you have to do a bit of work

Well what carrrier are you on… ill be biased towards android phones as a developer for android… I would love to make recommendations

I’ve been looking at android phones for a while now. Probably leaning towards getting one of them since they look really nice.
I have the Atrix and I love it… especially if you’re not going to hack into it… Just install LauncherPro. It has amazing battery life. Thats definitely the phone i’d recommend for AT&T Customers
i have the motorola flipside and android OS, nice phone but on android i DEFINATLY recommend a few anti virus apps, im usin netquinn and lookout. also iphone, for all its worth the only thing i like about it over android is the more stable OS platform. iphone/apple has been out a little longer so it knows whats goin on. but i can see android becoming the larger especially with the new 4g stuff

IMO anti-virus apps are total bs, at this point there are no major exploits for mobile. Especially if you are careful… special kind of jealouse of your Gingerbread :P. For all android people I would recommend launcherpro I couldn’t live without it especially how much I screw with my phone.
