As of the 5th (why did i say 3rd) March 2011, PCB has incorperated clans into the server for everyone of rank builder and higher.

The clan colours are:

Pink
Red
Lime
Cyan

The clans corresponding leaders are:

Pink: JetBirdie
Red: Ouhai_Ruby
Lime: Liam599
Cyan: Fatso12321

To join a clan simply:

  1. Acquire at least builder rank,

  2. Ask one of the clan leaders if you can join their clan,

  3. Your name colour will be changed and that’s it. You are part of a clan.

Sometimes we will run clan battles in Ouhai City, a city split into four sections with a river running through the centre. Before games, build your city with a base at least 8 blocks high and any other traps/building you want to include.

Clan war rules:

  1. The bridge is the safe zone, no fighting there.
  2. You may destroy blocks once war has been declared
  3. /tnt is NOT allowed (due to overuse crashing the server)
  4. /gun is allowed
  5. /kill is NOT allowed
  6. There are alliances between clans which will often change. Only kill your enemies.
  7. No hacks are to be used during fighting so fall traps can be used
    8 ) /fly is NOT allowed
  8. No teleporting to players from the enemy.
  9. The object is to capture the enemies main base by building a pillar of your colour up to the top of the map from the roof of the base.
  10. The game ends when 1 alliance is completely captured (including removing towers from bases already captured)

i dont really like the term gang, how bout teams? =D that sounds better and less barbaric

Perhaps “Clans” are better to be heard than gangs, 'cause when you here about Gangs, it’s likely that it means trouble.

i think /gun should be allowed, but not any of its sub types, (explode, laser, tp)

If you read it, you will find /gun IS allowed…

oh lol, i think fighting on roads shouldnt be allowed either, you can only attack people if you and the person are inside your bases.

there needs to be some kind of neutral zone, the roads and river and surrounding grass are great for this. the bridge (spawn) is the safe zone and it’s big enough for guests to come and watch.

okay yeah, we can still build on the grass though, but just stuff like trees, no actual buildings or traps or anything like that.

Maybe one defence tower.

maybee just generally stuff that can be used as cover, like bits of wall, trees ect. and 2 defence towers,one for each side

I’m calling in a recall of the clan colors, it really confuses things and complicates chat too much, now we will just use the ctf mode if people want to have a war on a map, just need to create the teams and colors for people to join in once its in progress

Fair enough, it was getting confusing with people wanting to change clans ect. this is probably a good thing.
