This was my first ban. I had no troubles with any staff before this. But I was given no warning at all and was banned. I only broke one of the rules and the punishment for it is that the build will be removed, not a ban, http://projectcitybuild.com/rules.php for the rule, General Guidelines #4. I understand what I did was wrong, and I sincerely apolgize for this. But now that the map has reset I want to come clean with a second chance. Lastly I apologize for snapping and saying “Fuck you” when trying to appeal last month.
I was just too furious and hot-headed because I wasn’t even warned about the build, I was just straight up banned.
It’s not like I was hacking or griefing, I just built that Symbol, that’s all Again, I’m sorry, I won’t do it again, I thank you for reading this and I hope to be playing with my friends again.

How would you know that he did it with malicious intent. And he isn’t saying that the ban was unjust, he is asking for a second chance, and he is apologizing for what he has done. I don’t see a thing wrong with his appeal, yes his last one was disrespectful, but he is apologizing for his disrespect.
If you are not involved with the banning, kindly do not post in it. And second, no one makes a swastica without meaning it to be offensive. It’s like using the word “Ni****” and expecting it to not offend a black person. It makes no sense.
He is a part of it, because he was there when i faked found it, he was there when i was banned, so he has as much right to say his opinion as you do. I honestly made the nazi symbol without malicious intent, i did it just for a small prank that hurt legitimately no one.
As a collector of Nazi/WWII related things, I don’t really take a deep offense to this stuff nor do I really take offense to much of anything. That’s just me though, I can understand that it’s offensive to mostly everybody else on earth but is it worth staying banned over? Especially after what seems to be a sincere apology, I dunno.
The first time I played here on PCB in 2010 I ended up being banned for placing Italian flags all over the classic map.

A number of things, firstly, last time he appealed (this is the second appeal for the same offence) I didn’t even get a chance to say anything
Secondly, if you all take a look at the last ban appeal, this guy said a friend made the swastika on his account, only to later say his brother made it instead on his account, did NOT [size=12pt]apologise OR acknowledge the rules related to offensive imagery etc and topped it all off with “fuck you etc etc”.
Here’s a hint man, all you had to do was apologise for the shit you ‘may or may not’ have done the first time (we aren’t psychic and we can only assume YOU did). Only now have you actually made an effort to do so (oh and what do you know you also admitted it was you), and while I commend that you’ve actually taken this one step further to actually own up, I want you to breathe all this in and have a long think while I determine what I’m going to decide about this appeal.
Also, Rogue_Plays, your information towards this appeal is more than redundant, so please cease to respond to it.

But yeah, Saint makes a good point. This guy has admitted he lied to us in the previous appeal (which is good, but he still lied), made a huge fuss last time, etc. A simple apology in the first place would have been fine, but he acted like an ass which has become the problem.
OKay, look. I don’t think I’ve been level headed, actually i’ve been kind of a Trevor from GTA to you guys. And for that i truely am sorry. All I want, is a second chance, it’s all i ask.
