Spec, do we have some sort of ticket system or help channel where people can get help from OP’s if they need it? I think this will be very helpful when we go public so you don’t have to constantly pay full attention to chat. You can look for colors or just look at what tickets need to be done.

I really didnt know, i joined once, exited the server error too fast to read it… and after that was able to join… I personally thought we were allowed to be on… sorry 
Would be great, ecspecially when there will be more players.
Even more disappointing were the players that mined all the iron blocks in the lobby because I hadn’t configured the zones yet.

Well, some action needs to be taken against these players. Either some money is wiped, or other iron is confiscated if they cannot return the blocks.
Player stats/inventories on the new server have been wiped.
Did you just replace the map that people modified with the survival map previously?
jus wondering, but is the reason the game is down atm because you are getting everything switched over, copied and ready for the June 11th launch Special?
I know the new server is being made and all but why is the old server down and has been for the best part of 3day’s it would be nice to play on one of the server the new or the old.

You mentioned nothing about you not complaining. Lemon wasn’t necessarily complaining either, just telling you as we get people complaining to us about servers being down all the time. It will be back up. If it is down for a reason Spec will give notice as to when it will be down and for how long. If he hasn’t said anything, assume it has just crashed/host is down/etc.

It is difficult to read to be honest wolf… You can get the idea, but it would be a lot easier if you read over things before you post them. I always do, stops me from quite a few derp typos.
