A new marketplace has opened on the survival map. Shops are free to own, but each chest shop you place will cost $100. Shops are now twice as big as the old market (9x20). The NPC admin shops will be added into the corners of the market in the near future.

Check out the new market at /warp market

To create a chest shop, place a chest on the ground. On the wall behind the chest, place a sign with the following details:
Line 1: Name
Line 2: Quantity
Line 3: Buy:Sell - note that buy means the player buys the item from you and sell means the player sells the item to your shop
Line 4: Item Name

Example:

To interact with a chest shop, left or right click on the signs to sell or buy the item

if im not mistaken – Hyperconomy does not actually fluctuate the prices set by each individual, just the admin shops… Like on the VAnilla server

Looking good spec! KFC is up but stock will take a few days. Its right behind the warp :slight_smile:

There is also a lottery shop, with one free dispenser, a $50 dispenser and a $200 dispenser. You can play each one once a day.

I have the basic part of my shop done, now just to find out what to sell :stuck_out_tongue:

New market is great, its a vastly larger scale, taking note of small griefs will require a bit more attention now but its a small price to pay for such a great new feature. My shops up now too, big red x above it; shouldn’t be hard to find. Look forward to seeing you all online. Hopefully will pull in some new players with this too. Good job
