So, I was thinking to myself “This city hasn’t grown ever since I revealed my true laziness!” and so I thought to myself. I have money, and I have things. Why not give these to people for building?

All builds must be modern (Post 1900)
All builds must be suitable for a downtown (meaning towers) OR suitable for a suburban neighborhood.
All builds must be on city blocks (People have built on top of roads before)
If there is no space, and you choose to make some, you must build city blocks/roads identical to those already there.
You can have as many submissions as you want.[/details]
