alright so, a long long LONG, time ago on June 9th 2014 (around that date) a young whbilbo had joined PCB, he had signed up as The_whbilbo, and then he made a city, he called it Burnton (EW) he liked the server but then in around October 2014, he had role played on a building, and got banned because it looked like he griefed it lol, then he applied in May of 2015, he had came back and then realised WHAT A GODAWFUL CITY HE MADE. then the map reset happened, and he made friends, he started a small city called Portland, which would then be one of the largest cities on PCB, since June 2014, he has made friends, enemies, and had made lifelong relationships with Staff, Members, and everyone, and now, i want to thank all of you for giving me this oppertunity
