Hi, I’m speaking for my friends Moolleh and penguingirl who have had trouble signing up on the website.

I’ll start with Moolleh:
She signed up on the website, but she didn’t use her minecraft username so she didn’t become a member when she joined the server. When she tried to sign up again using her minecraft username, the website wouldn’t let her because “you can’t register multiple accounts on one computer”. If you could help her solve this problem, it would be much appreciated :slight_smile:

She tried to sign up but it said her username was already taken - she doesn’t remember signing up before so could someone help?

Penguingirl says when she tries to sign up her email and username are already taken, when she tries to login she can’t remember the password…?

Okay that’s super weird XD she wasn’t a member before.
