Well, I suggest this kind of new ranking system.
Money Ranking System is like being in an office w/ a boss (that’s us) that uses money as a source of ‘How Much Have You Done To The Server’. This means that we can keep track of anybody by giving them money(using /give) on what they have done.
This allows people to work hard for their works to get ‘paid’. Another advantage is that they can be ‘hired’ as co-workers that would work with the one who will be paying.
This basically means everyone will be given money and a JOB. The larger the money they have, the more they work hard for it, thus greater chance of them ranking.
I suggest the following ‘Jobs’ :
Co-Worker : Players hired by them will help the one who will paying on his/her project. Payment will be depending on how good the project is.
Surveillance : Ops hired by them will help to keep on ‘lookout’ for griefers, rule breakers, and etc. They will serve as sub-cops that will maintain the server. Payment will be depending on how long they will be surveillancers, or how many they caught.
Tour Guide : Ops hired by them will tour new guests on maps such as bigcity. They will be in charge of guiding the guests that this is a great server, and they should stay to become a member. Payment will be depending on how satisfied the guests will be.
So yea, this is like having a job in minecraft.
Ranking :
Well, after you have worked hard, you will receive great amounts of money that will ensure you to be ranked. So, you will ‘PAY’ the ops/sops to be ranked. I think this will be the basis of ranking.
Builder - 500 moneys
AdvBuilder - 2500 moneys
Ops - I believe that trusts goes here.
Sops - Same with here.
Anyway, that’s about it.
EDIT : Ok since the discussion, I made this simple one.
There would be no Jobs, we will just pay players on how good their creation is. So, if they say that check this out, you can check, give them money, and move on lol. That way, they wont bug you again. XD
