1.7 is fast approaching now here!

A reminder as usual to our SMP players that the new 1.7 server software may not be released for a few days. If you wish to continue playing on our server until then, please either backup your Minecraft folder or hold off updating until our server is compatible.

Edit: In regards to the server lag issue, countless performance tweaks have been made which have reportedly resolved the issue. Please let us know if you’re still experiencing severe lag (excluding during saves, players entering and reboots)

Sorry guys but I will be updating to 1.7 as soon as it comes out :slight_smile: See you when the server updates.

There is a way to upgrade but still play on the server, make another user account on your computer, and upgrade it there, leave the other minecraft on the other account on 1.6.6

Or just simply backup your .minecraft folder in C:/Users/AppData/Roaming/ and just switch between your updated version and your copy whenever you wish

Although it doesn’t affect this server, TNT can only be used with a lever or fire now :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
And sheep have to be sheared to get wool :frowning: :frowning: :frowning: :frowning:
