Hello,I’m making a new town 
it over the minecart tunnel (near tejada). This town/city is going to be dencse and have building ranging from 2-3 floors, wile sharing a wall with its neighbors. I think this city could be great for guests and new members looking for starter homes since even the large homes cost under $250. We have 3 residents now, so how would I gets warp or beacon?
I’m not looking for builders, however i am looking for donations/workers (payed).
Workers:
Oak tree cutters paying $30 per stack (logs, not planks)
Cobble miners, paying $20 per stack
All workers will be able to stay in town so they don’t have to go back and forth.
Donations:
Cobblestone
Stone
Spruce plank/log
Oak planks/log <-- most important
Signs
Flowers (all types)
Furnace
Glass (all forms)
Doors
Chest
