Hello I just wanted to make a thread over this new hotel industry Im making called, MazeBank’s Marquis Hotel or Marquis Hotel And Spa (Either or, Same thing :P).
As of right now There are 2 official locations being made.
Our first location is in @GuessWho107 's city, Heres a Screenshot of the hotel so far (will update when completed)

This one is just a smaller one, with a small swimming pool and water fountains on the terrace.
A Convention hall on the 3rd floor.
A Starbucks Cafe inside.
A Mexican Restaurant.
And A Bar.
This will be 14 Stories when complete with 14 Regular sized rooms and 28 small Rooms.
All rooms will be looking out toward the Ocean across the street from the hotel.
Construction and interior designing, ect will be complete around the 3rd-5th.
After The first Marquis Hotel is complete we will start on our Larger Hotel And Spa Location 
.
Our First Large Hotel And Spa Will be located at Rancho’s Long beach Know as
“The Grand Marquis At Rancho Hotel And Spa”

This Location will have much more amenities and rooms.
Outdoor Amenities:
This location will have a large Terrace with a large infinity pool, There will also be a extremely large outdoor pool with a swim up bar and outdoor Italian restaurant.
Indoor Amenities:
3 Large Convention Halls.
1 Japanese Sushi and Bar.
1 Mexican Restaurant. (Abuelo’s)
A Peets Coffee & Tea Shop.
A Spa.
Estimated Rooms And Floors:
5 to 6 rooms per floor, 20 to 25 floors
There will be a Parking garage connected to the Hotel and spa Via Sky bridge
A Drive up road for taxi’s,limo’s and Buses.
