Manchester terror attacks

Last night around 10:30pm, a man had detonated a home-made bomb which resulted in 22 dead and 59 injured. Them an who committed this crime is dead and on behalf of PCB are thoughts are with you.

This is incredibly scary for reasons personal - my sister had went to the exact venue less than two weeks ago for her birthday. It makes me think what if my sister was hurt …

Absolutely horrific news.

What’s worse is that, on average, every day, four times as many[sup]1[/sup] civilians as killed in Manchester so far, get killed by explosions.

We must stand together and not let this become an excuse for Islamophobia.

It was truly terrible. Especially since they were targeting young kids :-\

The explosion was from a shrapnel bomb. The bits can easily cut someone without them noticing. It’s horrible that people find it okay to ruin innocent lives who only wanted to have a good moment in their life.

I have sympathy for those dreadfully effected from this act of terror.

targeting young kids at a concert is absolutely barbaric. I was at a Metallica concert just the other day, something similar could’ve happened there. The day of the Boston Marathon Bombings was a holiday in Massachusetts called Patriot’s Day, and I was at Gilette Stadium (home of the New England Patriots) with friends that day, and it very easily could have been the target of a bombing rather than the marathon. At this point, I just want to glass terrorist organizations, but that is unfortunately a difficult thing to do.

ISIS has claimed responsibility

Sadly

What they did to those kids was horrific.

The day when the explosion ocurred is when Ariana Grande was giving farewells to the public which right after, the explosion hit and eveyone started running to the exit of the arena… Fucking. Horrible. Day. For England.

I lost the count of how many attacks happened since the old terrorist attack in Paris till this recent attack.
I want to wish that no more attacks.

Oh and by the way, FUCK YOU ISIS! (sorry by my language, I’m just pissed off).

It’s quite unfortunate that you young people gotta grow up being aware of the dangers in this world that lurk in even the brightest of corners. When I was a kid I didn’t even really understand what 9/11 really was about or what terrorism was. In an unlikely turn of events in 2017 we have to worry about ISIS pretty much everywhere and it’s a damm shame the attack was targeted at younger people, especially an Ariana Grande concert. I watched the whole livestream on Fox and followed what I could as soon as the news broke and I couldn’t sleep just think it could have been any one of us, I know I’m not the only one that’s been to one of her concerts. Either way, it was orchestrated to affect innocents and my thoughts have been with the families of the victims all week.
